Dance Track is Here!

Beginning on Monday, April 18, Camp Broadway presents a five day dance intensive, our first ever! Throughout the week, dancers ages 10 to 17 will be guided by Sue Delano and led by a fantastic group of professional dancers including Marilyn Dhonau, Mark Ledbetter, Terra MacLeods, and Robbie Roby who is the Dance Captain of Billy Elliot on Broadway! Students will have master classes in Ballet, Tap, and Jazz and will end the week with a presentation for a Broadway Casting Director. Also during the week the dancers will see Billy Elliot on Broadway, attend a talk back with the cast, and get an in studio meet and greet with the “Ballet Girls” from the show!

Deanna Dys will also be teaching at Dance Track. Deanna has appeared in many Broadway shows and at age 16 she was hired to be in the original production of 42nd Street on Broadway. What is so interesting about this fact, is that Camp Broadway’s own Artistic Director, Tony Parise, was her Dance Captain!

As you can see, it is shaping up to be an exciting week and we will be here to bring you all the exciting news!
