This weekend is a BIG one for theatre! Sunday evening the Tony Awards http://www.tonyawards.com will be held at the Beacon Theatre in the heart of Manhattan's Upper West Side (UWS.) Neil Patrick Harris will host for his second time along with performances from all the nominated musicals as well as Spiderman and Priscilla!
Camp Broadway will be in attendance with LOTS of Campers. At our pre-show Italian dinner in the same neighborhood, we will be joined by special Broadway guests to meet and greet with the Campers. We will then head over to the Beacon to get settled for the show! We will be Tweeting Live beginning at 4:30 EST so please follow us on Twitter (@CampBroadway) and join in our conversation!

If it wasn't for the Camp Broadway facebook page I would have missed the ANNIE Audition ! Diana Marie had an amazing experience. She met some friends from her camp week and made some new ones ! She's been singing the songs from the play since she was 2 ! and performed Maybe at her first Talent Show and was the youngest performer. We look forward to seeing the production on Broadway in the Fall of 2012. I had never seen Annie on Broadway so it will be an even more special event to share with her !
